A free webinar with Miriam Akhtar and Chris Johnstone, exploring ways we can apply Positive Psychology at three different levels. First is the 'me' of ourselves, with self-help strategies to improve mood, build strengths and develop our potential; second is the 'you' of other people, with interventions to support wellbeing in clients, students, family and friends; lastly, there is the 'us' of communities we belong to, looking at ways to engage in a cultural shift for collective wellbeing.
On Tuesday 8th January 2019 for an hour at 7.30pm UK time, 11.30am US PT, 2.30pm US ET, 8.30pm Europe CET

This webinar is designed for people interested in applying Positive Psychology at any of these levels, describing ways to develop your personal wellbeing practice, grow your capacity to help others and take steps to cultivate wellbeing in our world.
The webinar is accompanied by a free online mini-course in Positive Psychology that anyone registering will be invited to join (if you register here, we'll send you details of the mini-course before it starts). This runs from January 1st 2019 to Jan 22nd.
It is followed by the eight-week Positive Psychology Foundations training that starts on Jan 22nd. Offered each year by Miriam and Chris, this course involves a series of eight webinars (one each Wednesday at 7.30pm UK time) accompanied by an online resource with additional videos, downloadable handouts and a discussion forum. All the webinars are recorded and hosted on the online resource, which participants have long-term access to. This makes it easy to take the course at your own pace, and do the course even if you can't make the live webinars.
