Miriam Akhtar is a positive psychologist, one of the first in Europe to hold the Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) with its mission to make the world a happier place using the evidence generated by the science of well-being. Chris Johnstone is a medical doctor who has pioneered the application of positive psychology within the NHS, the workplace and in adult education. He worked for many years as an addictions specialist, and now focuses on teaching, training and writing.
